Can I delete reviews posted on one of my codes?

No. A review can only be deleted by the person that posted it. Feel free to try and contact them and explain why you think that review should be removed.

Can I delete a review I posted on another persons code?

Yes. To remove a review, just login to your account, then go to the page that your review is posted on. You will see a link titled 'Delete Review' (right next to 'Add Review").
